Helping communities develop & deliver grant proposals to maximise impact.
Action Grants
Action Grants is a service that supports community funders in providing tailored support for community organisations in applying for their grant programs.
Action Grants is a joint initiative between Monash University's Action Lab and the Monash Intercultural Lab (MIL).

Project Re-planning Clinic for MCOP 2.0
Funded in June 2022

How do you deliver a project when you are given less funds than you asked for?

This is a question with which all grant recipients must wrestle at some point in their grant-seeking career!

The Action Grants team ran a project re-planning clinic for organisations and groups funded as part of DFFH's MCOP 2.0 and gave input from experienced advisors (community project managers and implementors) on how to re-plan projects.
